3. Imported goods that need to be inspected in advance, and also go to the Commodity Inspection Bureau for commodity inspection. In fact, the change of orders and commodity inspection should be carried out in advance. If the imported goods do not need to be inspected, then you will not need it. In fact, the goods you import need not need to be inspected. You can let your freight forwarder check it for you. You can also check it yourself and pass the commodity code book.

4. After the order is changed, if you need to go through the commodity inspection, you can fill out the import declaration form and declare it to the freight forwarder. The information to be used in the customs declaration is: invoice, packing list, bill of lading returned from the shipping company, customs declaration. Power of attorney, customs declaration for imported goods, and commodity inspection certificate if commodity inspection is required.

7. After receiving the customs duty, the customs will stamp the customs clearance slip on the bill of lading, and take the bill of lading to pick up the goods at the dock where the shipping company is located. (This is the so-called secondary release)
